We are committed to delivering high-quality products, programs, and experiences. At the same time, our offerings require significant intellectual effort, preparation, and operational investment.

This policy is designed to be fair, protect serious buyers, and maintain the integrity of our work.

By completing a purchase, you acknowledge that you have read and agreed to this Refund Policy.

1. Digital Products (One-Time Purchase)

Policy: All digital product purchases are non-refundable.

Digital products (including ebooks, templates, SOPs, planners, and downloadable resources) are delivered instantly and cannot be returned. Once accessed, the value has been transferred in full.

Refunds will not be issued for:

  1. Change of mind
  2. Lack of use or implementation
  3. Misunderstanding of scope
  4. Duplicate purchases
  5. Perceived lack of results

Exception (Limited Review Window):
If you believe the product is materially different from what was explicitly stated on the sales page, you may request a review within 24 hours of purchase. Approved cases are rare and evaluated at our sole discretion.

2. Online Courses (Self-Paced)

Policy: 7-day conditional refund

Digital products (including ebooks, templates, SOPs, planners, and downloadable resources) are delivered instantly and cannot be returned. Once accessed, the value has been transferred in full.

To qualify for a refund:

  1. Request must be made within 7 days of purchase
  2. You must complete at least Module 1 in full
  3. Required worksheets must be submitted

This ensures the material has been genuinely attempted before a refund is considered.

Refunds will not be issued if:

  1. More than 50% of the course has been consumed
  2. No attempt to implement the material is demonstrated
  3. The course was purchased as part of a bundle and partially used

3. Virtual Workshops (Live Online Events)

Before the event:

  1. 7+ days before: Full refund
  2. 3–6 days before: 50% refund OR 100% credit
  3. <3 days before: No refund, 100% credit only
  4. No-show: No refund, no credit

If we cancel or reschedule:

You may choose a full refund or credit.

Seat Transfers:

Allowed up to 48 hours before the event at no cost.

‍Important:
Once the event has started, the service is considered delivered. No refunds will be issued after this point.

4. In-Person Events

Before the event:

  1. 30+ days: Full refund minus ₹500 processing fee
  2. 15–29 days: 50% refund
  3. 8–14 days: 25% refund
  4. ≤7 days: No refund, 100% credit (valid 12 months)
  5. No-show: No refund, no credit

If we cancel: Full refund
If rescheduled: Option to attend or receive full refund

‍Seat Transfers:
Allowed up to 7 days before the event.

‍Important:
Event value is delivered through live participation and execution. Once the event begins, no refunds will be issued.

5. Destination Events (e.g., Retreats)

Due to advance logistics and fixed costs:

  1. 60+ days: Full refund minus ₹1,000 fee
  2. 30–59 days: 50% refund
  3. 15–29 days: 25% refund
  4. <15 days: No refund

If we cancel: Full refund
If rescheduled: Option to attend or receive full refund

Important Notes:

  1. Travel and accommodation costs are not covered
  2. We strongly recommend travel insurance
  3. Medical emergencies may be reviewed for credit (case-by-case)

6. Subscriptions (Monthly & Annual)

Monthly Plans
- Cancel anytime
- Access continues until end of billing cycle
- No partial or retroactive refunds

Annual Plans
- 14-day refund window (only if minimal usage)
Must not exceed:
- 1 month of content access
- 1 live session attended

After 14 days: No refunds
Access continues until plan expiry

7. Application-Based Programs

Application fees (if any) are non-refundable.

Once accepted:
- 14-day refund window applies only if the program is materially different from what was presented

After 14 days: No refunds

Retreat/event components follow their respective event policies.

8. Bundle Purchases

Refunds apply to the entire bundle only, not individual components.
If any part of the bundle has been used, partial refunds may be:

- Reduced,
- Denied
- Issued as credit

at our discretion.

9. Exceptional Circumstances

In rare cases (serious medical emergency or immediate family loss), we may review refund or credit requests outside policy terms.

Documentation is required.

All decisions are discretionary.

10. Refund Processing

  1. Refunds are issued to the original payment method
  2. Razorpay: 5–7 business days
  3. Stripe: 5–10 business days

No alternative payout methods are supported.

11. Chargebacks

If a chargeback is initiated without contacting us first, we reserve the right to:

  1. Contest the claim with evidence
  2. Revoke access to all products and programs
  3. Restrict future purchases
  4. Pursue recovery through legal means

We strongly recommend contacting us first.

12. Nature of Digital & Live Services

Our products and programs are intangible, knowledge-based, and experience-driven.

Unlike physical goods:

  1. They cannot be returned
  2. Value is delivered upon access or participation

This policy reflects that reality and is structured to protect both serious customers and the integrity of our work.

13. General Disclaimers & Performance Expectations

We do not warrant or guarantee any specific level of performance or results. Examples of outcomes achieved by other clients are presented for demonstrative purposes only and should not be construed as promised results or a guaranteed level of achievement. Your success is contingent upon your commitment, implementation, and adherence to the strategies provided.

14. Termination of Services

This Agreement, and your access to our products and programs, may be terminated at any time under the following conditions:

14.1. Unprofessional Conduct

Clients are required to maintain professional conduct at all times during online courses, live sessions, and within our community platforms. This includes, but is not limited to, avoiding material theft, proprietary infringement, profanity, indecorous behavior, or any other actions deemed unprofessional or disruptive. Any such behavior affecting the course, class, consulting, or community may result in immediate termination of enrollment without warning or refund. In such instances, the subscription amount will be forfeited.

14.2. Non-Cooperation and Non-Implementation

We reserve the unequivocal right to pause your sessions or terminate your membership without further explanation, and without any refund or compensation, if you are not cooperating with the process, failing to implement instructions, or not adhering to necessary system processes. Such non-cooperative activities render any claims for refund or compensation null and void.

14.3. Violation of Terms and Conditions

If your access is suspended or terminated due to a violation of our terms and conditions, including but not limited to sharing course material, misuse of intellectual property, or abusive conduct, you will not be entitled to any refund or compensation.

15. Effects of Termination

Upon receipt of notice of termination, and except as otherwise explicitly directed:

  1. All contractual relationships between Vishal Sengar and the client will cease to exist.
  2. Vishal Sengar reserves the right to exercise any legal remedy available in case of any damage incurred due to the client’s actions.
  3. If a part of the contract is terminated, both parties will endeavor to continue complying with the terms of the contract that remain in effect.
  4. Vishal Sengar retains full authority to restrict access to any material offered to the client to any extent in case of termination.
  5. Upon termination, the client undertakes to disclaim all material offered by Vishal Sengar in their possession and further declares to continue complying with the terms agreed upon at the signing of the present agreement.

Note: All terms and clauses specifically declared to be perpetually surviving will subsist and bind the parties regardless of the termination of this agreement.
